Huey, The most likely cause of this problem is that you have misconfigured the PPP connection at the first XP machine to be tagged as an Internet connection, so that the first XP machine tries to use it for all Internet traffic (including the VNC traffic back to the 2K machine) and so sends it to the wrong place...
