Where exactly is it in TightVNC?
In any non-full-screen session, it's the two over-lapping generic file icons
on the toolbar, fourth icon from the right. Otherwise, you can get at it
from the taskbar -- just right-click, and there's a "Transfer files" entry
four up from the bottom. Additional

You can't. The VNC clipboard transfer is text only.
