You need one of two things: 1 - Have a VPN connection to your office LAN so you can connect to non-public IP addresses or 2 - Point your VNC viewer to your office4s public Ip address and create a rule on your router/firewall to forward all traffic on 5800 port to the ip address running your VNC server.
