CJuanne: Heya. Your problems sound *very* similar to what DMFontz was seeing earlier in the week. In his case, it turned out to be that ZoneAlarm (a personal firewall, similar to Norton's) was not completely disabled. So instead of shutting Norton off completely, use its configurat
