We are having a problem with mouse cursor flicker on VNC 4 servers. The PCs are running XP and I was wondering if either this, or SP2 was the problem? I read on the Troubleshooting guide that Fast User Switching and Remote Desktop services can cause problems with VNC 4, but do these problems include the mouse flickering? I don't think this used to happen in version 3.3 so perhaps something has crept into the code... Anyway, it does really make using the PC difficult for the person being monitored. TIA,
