Oh god. We've had horrid results with the Faxback platform. We've used it with two resellers and it's been consistent downtime. That could be the resellers and not the platform itself. I agree on T.38 though. We disable it by default and use G711 over Mediatrix or Adtran ATA's with pretty good res
