Hi Brian, http://cgrates.org/ It's open source. Sits on MySQL / MariaDB Once in the DB the options are endless as to reporting. CGrates is written in GOlang. Very fast and flexible. It's a rating framework. You still need a billing platform to either push the data in to or write your own
