We are getting lots of complaints from VZ fios users. It seems to come and
go. There is random PL and there does not seem to be any rhyme or reason to
it.

They ignore it. It keeps getting kicked back as rejected due to the
address.
I've called them 15 times over the last few weeks and been
"Traffic storm" sounds a lot like a "registration storm" to me.

It's been rejected 5 times now.
Every time I call in, the rep gives me a slightly different variation of
the address to re-submit.
The winning carrier keeps getting rejected and asks for a CSR copy.
