Perhaps I missed it, but I do not recall seeing any FCC order authorizing
any treatment of calls other than proper termination or blocking.

I'd really like to tell these carriers exactly how wrong they are, if they
are. If not, we would all be collecting minutes on spam diversion instead
of blocking it.

Oooh, I think I saw that before, but forgot about it.
It took a day or so to get into the NPAC Helpdesk because my account screwed
up, but the guy that handled getting me the Trading Partner Profile form when I
went in the support front door is sure on the list I pulled in NPAC.
