Porting.com, the NPAC's own LTI, Port PS, or anyone else running an LSMS
can get you real-time data, for a price. That price might vary drastically
depending on what you consider "bulk". Some of the non-API methods are
limited by the number for TNs per query and might charge some overage on
TNs
