I think the results of such experiments are evidence of absolute time
since you can't get more non-local than absolute time.

I would say space time is a super fluid since there is no viscosity in it. Mass could then be derived as deduced mass in this fluid. Maybe there is a small viscosity in it since there is a relation between mass and luminosity.

that form Nuclei, it's not too difficult to see how 24 MeV or more given off
as heat sans gamma rays or neutrons when Cold Fusion occurs.
