It is a lot better than the previous version, but I still think it is
messy. The previous version was tilted a half-degree to the left! And
it was very blurry.
I also uploaded my book to the Kindle site. It should be available in
3 days. It is a real pain in the butt converting to the Kindle
format. I do not recommend it for scientific text. It doesn't support
tables, for goodness sake, so I converted the tables to itty-bitty
images, max size 450 x 550 pixels.
You can't give stuff away at the Kindle site, so I have to charge $1.
It is kind of odd because they have thousands of out-of-print books
available for free:

I guess it costs Amazon some money to deliver by wireless connection
so they want to charge something.
