Bearing in mind the recent finding of high energy Bremsstrahlung like spectra by MFMP and references to 100 keV stimulation elsewhere in the literature. I wonder if Collision cascades of ions can become important in these systems. They usually become relevant with ion collisions of a few 10s keV
