The Viet people are a strange and resourceful lot. We have a Viet by birth engineer with one of our companys. These people defeated the US, the world's superpower, with one hand tied behind their back so it is no surprise they are looking at the LENR website.
You should not consider LENR-CANR a U.S. site, really. It is international. The Vietnamese are looking at Italian and Japanese research as much as they are looking at U.S. research.
Cold fusion, such as it is, is an international effort. I have not tallied up the authors by country (which Mike Melich wants me to do), but I am pretty sure that most of them are not Americans. Over the past year, 42% of the visits have come from the U.S., and 32% of the download traffic, but those numbers are inflated because many sites outside the U.S. are categorized as "U.S."
The U.S. is the biggest single source of traffic, but after all, it has a large population and most of the papers are in English. My guess is that largest number of visitor per capita come from Italy.
