Prof Marc Henry

 

On 8 October, 2014, UNESCO's Social and Human Sciences Sector, in
collaboration with Luc Montagnier, held a symposium in Paris - "Biology in
the light of Physical Theories: New Frontiers in Medicine." This is the
presentation of Marc Henry, Professor of Molecular Chemistry at the
University of Strasbourg, speaking about:

    "Water, electromagnetism, and quantum coherence."

Discusses quantum coherence, interaction of ZPF/Casimir effect to explain
some of the anomalies of water.  Also towards the end, how an absorbed
photon may not be emitted as usual when quantum coherence is present. Could
be connection as to the missing neutrons in LENR.
