You should not dig that deep without safety bracing, Frank. Be careful! I know the hole is deeper than I can to go into. I now have a stoop 3 feet under were I sit and work from. I use a hand auger and bars to go deeper. My dirt is hard. I can then go deeper with a sand point pound in point. I may be able to go 25 feet. I hope at least to it some water for a pitcher pump. Frank
