When I do this, I find the REM extremely bizarre. It also takes me a good 10 minutes to come "out of it". I must admit, however, that I find my creativity enhanced with the half hour REMs during the hourly cat naps. Maybe it's the frequent insanity which avoids permanent insanity. :-) Terry O
