hey, thanx, that seemed to do the trick... using the 'named start'
I currently bought a domain on godaddy.com and I haven't a clue where to go
from here. Does anyone know of a good tutorial? I have tried to read the
BIND book by O'Reilly in the past, with little luck.

This was just on Slashdot. Looks really good. I would only
download disk 1-NONUS then (if you have a good internet
connection) do the install using the http or ftp connections.

Dia comes with a couple of input plugins. The first that comes to mind is DXF.
Perhaps you could use that as a common format?
