This was just on Slashdot. Looks really good. I would only
download disk 1-NONUS then (if you have a good internet
connection) do the install using the http or ftp connections.

Download http://www.debian.or.kr/~alee/cdimages/woody.iso (177MB) . Burn it.
Boot it. Take the defaults right through Simple Package Selection.

I _love_ apt but I have never been able to finish a debian
install with the network running.
something like this...
download the floppies,
boot with the floppies,
configure the eth0 network card and network
configure apt (or whatever download server)
get _t
