Our system uses centos7, vpp-based ipsec wants to use the encryption
algorithm sm4.
but the current centos7 openssl version 1.0.2k, but the sm4 algorithm is in the
higher openssl version 1.1.1.
we try to compile the openssl 1.1.1 version code, replace 1.0.2k.so, the module
such as ssh can not find the link symbol,
how to upgrade the openssl version to 1.1.1 based on centos7, so that we can
use the sm4 algorithm?
