error when building and running, and finally iperf3 test could not be

I'm exclusively test using vcl_client/server and sock_test_client/server
because it’s much easier to debug.
At first glance, it looks as if vpp_eth_name is not properly configured in the
script. Maybe Dave can provide more details.
