Because testme.sh output is correct, I suspect the startup scripts.
Can you check that this directory exists :
/etc/vservers/.defaults/run.rev/

Ive been monitoring the list for a few days now, and constantly
searching the vserver site, and the util-vserver site and google for
appropriate documentation and I have not been able to find any hints as
to what to do next.

I tried to build util-vserver-0.30.207-1mdk.src.rpm, in a Vserver !!!
(Mdk10.2), using the following command:
# rpm -ba /usr/src/RPM/SPECS/util-vserver-0.30.207.spec
All worked fine, only the rpm packaging is not made because the tests
series fail. Oh, only one test fails, but it
