Yes I can switch to 2.6, no problems. However I checked the arm-ezx patch,

vanilla kernel compiled on an Ubuntu Edgy base install. Hardware is an
AMD Athlon64 5000+ Dual processor with 2GB RAM.
I've uninstalled completely and reinstalled the latest util-vserver
package [util-vserver version: 0.30.210
