In fact it seems I have the same problem with all vserver created by "skeleton"   To have vyum work with the copied vserver I have to synchronise the target and the source /etc/vservers/.defaults/vdirbase/.pkg/testetab and make a link ln -s /etc/vservers/.defaults/vdirbase/.pkg/testetab /etc
