Rebonsoir,
My purpose is to have 127.1.0.1 as localhost address on my vserver
(I followed the idea of http://levinux.org/?q=node/151)
I v'made in /etc/vserver/vservername/1
ip 127.1.0.1
dev dummy0
netmask 24
name vservernamedum0
and
/etc/modprobe.conf
*options dummy numdummies=5*

thanks herbert for your answer
nevertheless, ulimits of this type are supported and
will effect each task independantly, but as I said, I'm
relatively sure that this is not the case ...
There is no limits inside the vserver
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$ ulimit -a|grep cpu

hi everyone,
I'v got an urgent problem with a vserver .
This vserver uses tomcat and the web application failed some times. (
in fact a lots of times when the user is connecting )
I made a ptrace on the process and I can see that there is SIGXCPU
invoked with CPU TIME Limit exceeded.

Hello
I 'm playing with vattribute it seems that I can remove bcapabilities:
/root/reducecap --show
Capability Effective Permitted Inheritable
CAP_CHOWN X X
..
CAP_MKNOD X X
CAP_LEASE X X
CAP_QUOTACTL
In fact it seems I have the same problem with all vserver created by
"skeleton"
To have vyum work with the copied vserver I have to synchronise the
target and the source
/etc/vservers/.defaults/vdirbase/.pkg/testetab
and make a link
ln -s
/etc/vservers/.defaults/vdirbase/.pkg/testetab
/etc
Just to say thanks but they were some inconsistency , probably due to
myself.
It works now.
So thanks again

Bonsoir,
I try to understand how file tagging is working.
I 've mount a vserver file system with tagxid
If I create a link ( for instance with chkconfig --level 345 syslog-ng
on ), I can see with lxid that
links were created with xid tag
lsxid /vservers/vetab/etc/rc3.d/S12syslog-ng
