Howdy all: I've quickly cobbled together a 1.3.9.1 Linux-VServer patch for the RHEL 3 2.4.21-9.0.3EL kernel. At the moment there are some (hopefully not too important) proc entries that will indicate bogus values, but everything else should be working.
That said, I've only tested basic functionality so far. If anyone else is interested in trying them out, the patch and rpms can be found at the URLs below. (Use the kernel RPMs carefully; you'll likely end up with two versions of kernel or kernel-smp installed, the RH supplied one and the vserver one.)
