yesterday we spent a few hours to find out the
(for reiserfs users?) obvious about reiserfs and
attributes like immutable or iunlink ...
reiserfs (as in 2.4.25) requires an additional
mount option called 'attrs' to honor those flags
(and of course, to make the barrier work)
