process of changing the access to their Call Preview and Billing.

I have an iMac, slot loading with OS9.1
Suddenly when I connect to my server the modem is silent. No dial or the
usual horrendous noise. It works but no sound.
Have checked the Sound in the Appearance CS and sound is on.
Checked the Modem CS and sound is on
The volume is up.
Normal alert sounds
It is possible your modem was deleted from the active network ports list in
the network system preferences. Go to the network system preferences panel
and choose active network ports from the drop down. Then, if the internal
modem is listed there make sure it has a tick in the box next to it. If it
