Shay, Your reply has confirmed a fear that I had that the slowness of my G3 PowerBook since installing OS 10.2.2 was in some way related to the driver for my HP OfficeJet G85. I'd refrained from speculating in case others thought I was becoming paranoid. I don't know whether to thank you or not.
