I have just replaced mine with genuine Epson Ink tanks from Megamart for $19.80 each (they haven't got a huge supply but I buy them as I see them for this price) Officeworks is another option at approx $21.95 (get a price from Megamart if they haven't any in stock then ask Officeworks for duplicate

Did you try printing the Word document? It sounds like you are seeing a 'preview image' instead of the real image. Also, how did you get the image from OmniGraffle to Word? (I have never used OmniGraffle.) If you saved as a 'JPEG', for instance, the result would have been set at screen resolutio
