and your advise based on them I managed to track it down.
The way to do it was to go to View> Toolbars> List> then on the
window that appears, in the bottom left hand corner "List" select

Well, it has happened again and I'm quite impressed this time.
Normally this is something like using a Mac to get modem drivers for
windoze or browsing forums and howtos looking for some kooky voodoo-like
solution.
Much more sophisticated this time:

I've tried it on my Powerbook (Tiger). When there was a fault in the
local call service I actually used iiNetPhone using X-Lite on my mac
to call tech support and lodge the fault.
It works quite well. I like it.
