JPEG advice needed

When I edit my pics and save them as JPEGs on Photoshop I find that the self serve machines at photo places like Harvey Normans can't detect them. But they can detect unaltered pics which are straight from my camera. Is there a solution please? Cheers, Paul. -- The WA Macintosh User Group

Paul, What means are you using to transport the images? I find that thumb drives formatted on my Mac are unreadable by PCs. On the other hand, drives formatted on a PC are readable on both platforms. If you are using CDs you might try Toast and burn in in dual Mac/PC format. Best
