Has anyone had experience linking a bluetooth enabled GPS with a Palm
Tungsten T3 (or similar) so that waypoints and track data can be
entered into the palm with a database operating (for example a
filemaker mobile database that has latitude and longitude fields)?

want. I used to use BBEdit, but this seems to be only commercial now,

Try TextWrangler, also from bare bones software. It does a lot of what
BBEdit does, and its free.

I had this for sale a week or so ago. It is a 8gb iPod Touch, like
new (only a few weeks old). Has a Contour clear plastic hard case.
All accessories, box etc. Has been paid upgraded to 1.1.4 firmware.

To use TextEdit to edit html files.
You Will need to open TextEdit and goto its preference Menu Go to the
Open and Save tab Then when opening a file
Then tick the box next to ignore rich text Commands in HTML files
I also do use Taco HTML Edit from time to time
