At the moment I use officetime in the workshop for timetracking and
Myob for accounting in the office.Does someone know a system which
does timetracking and can be linked to Myob.If possible with a
header and subcategories for the header?

Accept it is a risk and take precautions.
Ask for serial numbers of machine, also provide boot rom version,
model identifier.
These give you some scope for seeing if it is stolen from Apples list.
Also if specifications actually match build time and machine specifics.

I spoke to an executive at Apple just now and they are prepared to
check the serial number for me if the seller provides me with one.
She also advised there have been no reports of internal theft.
