Thanks for the suggestion James but I am using M/S word and find it is just too
hard to deal with. In other times I used PageMaker for this sort of work but,
alas, it was OS9 which I don't have any longer.

did you had a look into neooffice/openoffice which has a drawing app,
can produce powerpoint slides, word processing similar to m$-word,
has spreadheet function...& it's 100% free...& it works
