Hi John, You have omitted to mention what type vehicle you are trying to update but as you have mentioned a .upn file I’m guessing it's a Jeep or a Chrysler of some sort. If so just follow the instructions in the video on this page. https://www.driveuconnect.com/support/software-update.html
