I was under the impression that there was an adaptor available for mini discs to be used in a slot loading Mac. Don't ask me where to get one, haven't had that problem yet.

Hi Greg and WAMUG folks.

The most common solution to the problem of mini-CDs, is to burn the
data onto a normal size CD, from a tray-loading machine.

This would be a very big no. I can tell you from experience, i.e the
number of machines I have seen come to a service centre, that they
get stuck, as the iMac won't feed them in.
