you may recall over a week ago I had difficulty with 2 HPsi mx printers outputting in only lo-res. Well I finally solved it through HP support. They were a little slow but we got there. They have a new support address on <http://ap.compaq.com.sg/support/home/index.asp> for any other frustrated HP people out there.

Through their instructions I was able to RESET TO FACTORY CONFIGURATIONS and this solved my problems. PHEW!!
