Hi Ken,
If the image is a background image then you might have trouble
downloading it, or, if you mean a web page itself, rather than an
isolated image then one option is to take a screen shot of the image
and then save that as a jpeg.

I don't know what you mean by "an HTML photo". There isn't really such
a thing. Photos on websites are usually JPEG. All you have to do is
drag the image from Safari to your desktop. You can alternatively do a
Control-click on the image to get a menu that'll allow you to open the
image in
