Maybe the driver isn't installed properly. Did you have to install a
custom driver with your printer,
or did you use the one shipped with OS X as standard ?

Hi Merv,
It is apparently an Epson printer or possibly scanner driver. So
suggest you have check your Epson hardware and see if it is working as
it should, and if not reinstall the driver. You could turn off the
device and see if you can empty your trash bin.

Hi List members
At the end of this evenings work I selected to empty the bin and got
a message that IJEPAgent.app was still active.
I looked in the bin and there it was. What is IJEPQAgent.app? I
have not encountered it before. I have not tried to open it because
I do not know what its fun
