Hi Peter You could look at using an IMAP account, rather then POP3. This would cover what you've mentioned. This is what I use and I find it works very well. My iPhone, iPad and 2 computers are all set to IMAP. But anything I want to archive is all stored and saved on my laptop. This is my "go
