I think I will give it a miss. Have been able to set it up in Outlook
on a Win ( :( ) machine at one of my work places thought I would
try it on my Macs.

different Colours for quoted text in replies. See Mail Preferences, Fonts
Colours, Level One, Two, Three and so on.
