Thanks Peter. My Preferences already had Rich Text selected, tho' I don't recall doing it myself. I had manually changed the text colour to blue, so it is interesting that it didn't appear that way to you. Selecting the colour as you suggested doesn't work either. Anyway, not to worry,

Hi Alex, You can't by default have outgoing email text in Colour but you can set different Colours for quoted text in replies. See Mail Preferences, Fonts Colours, Level One, Two, Three and so on. As Peter has already mentioned... The problem with sending email text in Colour is that, not
