Whats the go with adding video cards in OSX 10.2 boxes.... having
seen the Voodoo driver post had me wondering...
If I add one of my Matrox cards (1x Mistral + 1x Millennium) from my
7200+G3* to my works G4 tower it will not support Quatrz this I
know, BUT will it disable quartz on the OEM Ge Force 4 card?
that said what can anyone recommend as a "budget" PCI video card
that will support quartz? GeForce 2?
can these be any "old" GeForce etc card or is there a short list of
mac compatible cards?
*now dead again - this time it looks like the Sonnet G3 card :(
(time to look at works stack of munged beige G3s to salvage in to
one working machine)
