Hi Stephen, Did you try my suggestion that I sent yesterday? HP Scan Pro is no longer supported, but the new installers include HP Scan which does work in Snow Leopard. Also note that HP Device Manager is not supported under Snow Leopard and will not be returning. Most of the functionality can

Hi Stephen, I think you are still trying to scan using the HP Scan Pro application, that application no longer works in Snow Leopard. If you want to continue using this version, you need to use one of the four methods to scan: 1. Preview.app 2. Image Capture.app 3. In Print & Fax preferences
