I just re-started my iMac and tried again.
Same thing.
Can access App Store but clicking on any App presents a blank window
or CATEGORIES also presents a
blank window.
I think this has started happening since I upgraded to OS X 10.10.1
Any suggestions please ?

I have just accessed both the App Store for Mac and the iTunes App Store and
have not had any blank screens. Clicked randomly on a few apps. I am currently
downloading updates from the iTunes one and have updates from the Mac one to do
immediately after.

Try restarting your Mac or iDevice.
I'm not experiencing any problems with the App Store on my Macs or iDevices.
