Hi Stephen If she's running Mountain Lion, it has a longer "delay" when you drag an item out. You have to drag it out, pausing for a few seconds, then release and it will disappear in a puff of smoke as per normal. That should fix it hopefully. Kind regards Daniel Sent from my iPhone 5 --- D

Question Mark in dock ?

Hi folks, My step daughter has a Question Mark in the Dock where she used to have an application icon. I have tried pulling it onto the Desk Top but it will not evaporate in a puff of smoke ! The original app is long gone. Any idea how to get rid of this Question Mark ? Regards, Stephen Chape
