I don't know of a friendlier client than apple mail, aside from maybe
gmail and the like.
I have helped a lot of people move from eudora to other clients and I
have noticed many have similar complaints to your's.
Eudora's interface was unique, it did things in it's own way, quite
differe
Whilst moving from Eudora to Thunderbird has a benefit for recipients
when I send attachments, I find the creation of Lists an irritation.
With Eudora I could paste several addresses at one time into the Address
Book panel, name the list and that was it.
For Thunderbird one selects New List
