I am looking at buying a full version of Filemaker Pro Sticks in the craw, tho, when you see the difference in the price offered to Americans vs Aussie price. We're talking the developer version, cos I like developing my own database (hobby wise).
I can't see how the program would be any different. But the price is $300 different....! Not to mention that the AU$ is higher than the US$ Can I purchase a USA version or would I be stopped if the application noticed my address being in Oz? If so, given that I have a .com address, not .au, can I pretend to be a US resident? Maybe a private answer, rather than public one..... Regards, C.
