Phillipe, We have a MacBook Pro 17" running OS X and Windows under Boot Camp. It is fast. However, everything *read* about Parallels suggests it is very fast as well (possibly 90-95% of 'native' ), and the ease of use of Cmd- Tab to CAD rather than shutdown/reboot should be a major consider
