Hi Kaye Though it shouldn’t really affect it when it’s “off”, but a couple fo things to try/check - In System Preference - Energy Saver. Untick “Wake for Network access”. If it is ticked. Also try an SMC reset. On the iMac, this is to shut it down, unplug all the cables including the power
