Mineral water is full of minerals, which are *conductive* and will
dramatically decrease the chance of the keyboard working. Tap or
distilled water would have been a better choice.

I have recently come across an unfortunate series of events which has left my
12 iBook G4 without a working keyboard. Needless to say, liquid was involved.

You can plug a USB keyboard into the G4 ... we use a wireless
keyboard with our G4. Second hand should work if you find one, or
new is $59 from ht.com.au (MS Digital Media Pro Keyboard USBPS/2)
